Very strong frame by 2 through-going U-profiled longitudinal chassis beams as well as 2 horizontal chassis beams.
The trailer is available in the registration version with DMC: 1000 kg, 1200 kg, 1300 kg.
All 4 sides are open- and removable, thus the trailer can be loaded from the side with up to 3 EUR pallets.
Corner posts are removable to optimise the space fully when also the side walls are removed.
Eye-lashing rings are moulded down along the side of the platform to fully secure and tie-down the cargo.
Cover tie-down buttons are standard on all NEPTUN trailers for easy tie-down of either flat or high covers.
V-drawbar with reinforcement, independent suspension and rubber spring axle guarantee a good and secure driving.
Multi-function tail lights are mounted under the tail gate, thus protected from moist and verdigris, the best possible way.

1 Large loading space thanks to openable and removable sidewalls

The NORDICA series consists of trailers with the wheels installed under the load platform. This makes the loading space much bigger than it is in trailers from other manufacturers. All four sidewalls can be opened or dismantled. The NORDICA (model 263, 320, 420) are a perfect solution for transporting pallets and other loads loaded with a forklift truck from all sides of the trailer – not only from the back.

2 Protection during loading with a forklift

The NORDICA model has a strong steel section in the outer edge of the platform. It protects the floor during loading with a forklift.

3 Removable corners

All the corner poles can be removed, which makes the trailer universal and easy to adapt to suit various needs. After removing all the sidewalls and poles the user gets a completely flat trailer which can be used to transport large loads.

4 Robust sidewalls, durable closures

Sidewalls are made of double panels in their upper part. This makes the sidewalls more rigid and durable. Additionally the Nordica models are equipped with double lock system installed at each corner. This is another feature of the trailer suitable for professional and frequent use.

5 Stable driving, transport of long loads

The NORDICA model has an exceptionally long load platform and a long drawbar. Thus it is easy to manoeuvre and clearly visible in side mirrors. A long load platform in combination with openable (and removable, if necessary) front sidewall makes it possible to transport even very long loads.

6 Easy load securing

The NORDICA model is equipped with retractable floor handles for fastening the load with belts. Therefore the floor (platform) is completely flat, and loading with the use of a forklift truck is safe because none of the floor elements can be damaged.
